Daytona 500 fitness: workouts keep Jimmie Johnson, Dale Earnhardt, Jr, Carl Edwards ready

Do you wonder if NASCAR drivers really need to be fit and if the trend is, as some say, toward drivers who work out as hard in the gym as they do on the track?

During yesterday's Nationwide event, and again during today's Daytona 500 there seemed to be several examples of why fitness training was just useful, but advantageous.
